Details
Flagstaff marine are very proud to offer Ikigai, a Beneteau First 34.7.
An absolute ripper of a boat, Ikigai is a Japanese term which translates as 'the reason to get out of bed in the morning!' and we think she has been very appropriately named.
The Farr designed First 34.7 was a very successful boat for Beneteau, and this is probably the best example in Australia. Race her with a bunch of mates, get on podiums double handed, or cruise with your family.
THe love and care her previous owners have shown in her is obvious - this boat has always been very well maintained.
Optimised for IRC and ORC racing - the 34.7 remains competitive both inshore and offshore, and will rate under. 990 on IRC. The 34.7 is a great option for someone looking to get into short handed racing at a very good price.
Standard factory carbon mast by Hall Spars.
Standing rigging replaced in June 2018.
All halyards replaced in last 3 years.
Farr-designed rudder from CCI - a necessary upgrade that completely transformed the model.
Premium Doyle Stratis sail wardrobe plus new Ian Short offshore mainsail.
Internally the craftsmanship continues with her warm pearwood interior, featuring all the comforts for extended cruising or regatta weekends.
Spacious galley to port with two-burner stove, oven, and ample storage.
Dedicated nav station with full Raymarine instrumentation.
Comfortable accommodation: large owner's cabin, port aft cabin, and twin saloon berths.
Fridge, hot water system, and enclosed oversized forward head.
Saloon folding table with hidden storage - ideal for meals or race strategy.
Canvas berth covers to protect cushions during racing.
Antifouled, propspeed applied and polished October 2025.
Engine and saildrive serviced October 25.
Whether you're looking to win races or cruise in comfort, this Beneteau First 34.7 delivers on every front.
