PRICE NOW REDUCED - 'Winning Ways' is a 2012 Elan 310 listed exclusively for sale with YOTI on Sydney Harbour.
The Elan 310 is an award-winning performance cruiser, designed by Rob Humphreys and built by Elan Yachts, that strikes an excellent balance between easy family cruising and club racing. With her twin rudders, powerful sail plan, and T-shaped bulb keel, she offers superb stability and handling while still being easily managed short-handed.
Winning Ways is set up with two double cabins, a bright saloon with forward double berth and a double aft port cabin, a functional galley with a two-burner stove and oven plus top-loading fridge, and a manual toilet with holding tank and shower.
Her rig was updated in 2015 with a double-spreader aluminium mast, stainless steel standing rigging, and a brand-new boom and vang in 2023. Sails include a Doyle radial-cut mainsail (2023), Doyle furling jib (2021), additional North No. 4 jib, symmetric and asymmetric spinnakers, plus carbon and aluminium spinnaker poles and a retractable carbon prodder.
Electronics are by Raymarine, including, wind, autohelm, and log/sounder, plus Icom VHF. Shore power and 230V outlets are fitted along with LED lighting, hot water system, and a battery charger. The Volvo D1-20F diesel with folding Gori prop has approximately 1150 hours on it and uses a sail drive system for propulsion.
On deck, Winning Ways is fitted with four Harken winches (serviced May 2025), Spinlock clutches, a CQR anchor with chain and rode. She was antifouled, propspeed applied, and topsides polished in September 2025.
This Elan 310 is an impressive package, a fast, responsive yacht with a high-quality fit-out, equally at home racing around or taking the family away for a weekend. Contact Ross Price for more details and to arrange inspection today.
