This Owners' version of the Lagoon 450F, was meticulously ordered and maintained by a multiple Lagoon owner, showcasing her top condition. Her current and only second owners have continued this tradition, ensuring her high standards are instantly noticeable when you step onboard.

'Corikin' was specified for long-distance, blue water cruising and sailed mainly on the Australian East Coast. It has upgraded 54hp engines, a 3Kva inverter/ charger, 1200A/h LiYFEPO4 batteries, a full array of Raymarine instrumentation including radar and AIS, a 60ltr/hr 12V watermaker with auto flush, a front-loading washing machine, Fresh or Seawater flush toilets, all Electric winches, and Code 0 on a furler. There is an excellent OCT tender (made in NZ) with a 15Hp Yamaha outboard stored on davits.

The flybridge, with excellent all-around visibility and comfortable custom seating, is shaded by a hard-top bimini with integral steps. All sailing controls are led back to powerful electric Harken winches within easy reach of the helm. The square-top mainsail has a new boom bag, and for downwind performance, there is Code 0 on a removable furler. All her standing rigging was just replaced in December 2023.

The interior joinery is light oak for a contemporary feel. The saloon of the Lagoon 450 is airy and light, with a comfortable and sizeable L-shaped settee to starboard and the navigation station to port. The U-shaped galley with Corian tops has lots of counter space, a 3-burner gas hob and oven with grill, two fridges and a freezer in the cockpit.

All cabins are ensuite, with large hull windows and overhead hatches to ensure ventilation, light, and a sense of spaciousness. The starboard hull is home to the owner's cabin, which can be closed off with a sliding door. It features an island-style double berth, a desk, a wardrobe and sofa midships, and an enclosed shower with a head-up forward, providing a truly comfortable living space. Port aft is a queen-size cabin with an ensuite toilet and a separate shower enclosure. The Forward Port cabin has two single bunks that convert to make a double berth with an in-fill. It also has an ensuite toilet with a separate shower enclosure. The electric flush toilets can be flushed with either fresh or seawater, a desirable upgrade in the tropics.
