Achilles high pressure, CSM drop-stitch AirFirm(TM) floors continue to provide the industry's toughest air decks. Considering the wear and tear floors take from scrapes, the sun, salt water, oil, and gasoline, it makes sense to have the toughest material available to protect them. And besides being durable, their unique construction consisting of thousands of polyester threads makes these floors remarkably rigid and incredibly lightweight.
The result is a more stylish tender and one that outperforms other air floor models by a wide margin. The combination of Performax tubes engineered to work efficiently with today's heavier 4-stroke motors, air keel, and a stiffer air floor results in a smoother handling and better performing boat. And the longer waterline resulting from Performax tubes allows these boats to plane even quicker and to stay on a plane at slower speeds.
Achilles LSI-360E inflatable boat is the largest model available with a hypalon high-pressure air deck. Available in only light grey fabric, this hull is commonly used as both a tender for large families or utility craft carrying large amounts of gear, including dive tanks and more. The transom can handle up to a 25 horsepower outboard, which allows the boat to plane with full loads of gear and passengers, which would be 690 kgs pounds or 6 persons.
